Where are customer/group management scripts located?

Hello,

I need to enrich functionality of customers/groups, to be more exact, to make opposite of discount, to make good more expensive (+ 20%).

Anyway, i need to change the code responsible for customer/group management, but i just can't find it!!Where is it located on the file system?

 

Actually, where are all those scripts located on filesystem? I can't find it in modules, and i'm having same problem with looking for scripts responsible for import (that BO tool).
