  1. Hello, I'm having a common problem concerning product maintenance. I've 2000 products imported in my shop, which are separated into 8 top level categories (subcategories of Home). How am I able to look for specific product? Do i have to search through all categories one by one or is it possible to make a search somehow using all categories (or Home category)? Thanks, Marc
  2. Hi tomerg3, i'm using your module and it works pretty well. Actually, i need to alter functionality. Is it possible to change shipping rate due to number of products? (ie. alternative to weight and price?) Are you thinking of enriching functionality of your module?
  3. Hello, i'm facing an weird situation. I've installed a few modules without any problem and these modules work fine. But nowaydays, I'm not able to install anything new because of malfunctioning installation process. I go to BO > Modules > Add module from my computer; choose a module, upload it; get a notification it is ok, BUT AFTERWARDS THIS MODULE IS NOT DISPLAYED IN THE MODULE LIST, so i can't install it. The same situation with previously installed modules. As i wrote they work, and they are hooked (i can find them in Positions), but i want to add them somewhere else or configure them in Modules, they aren't shown!! I thought it must coincidence with memory_limit, which i enlarged to 256MB (editing /etc/php.ini), but no change. I also tried to solve this bug with this thread: http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/PSCFI-1126 It suggests: open /config/config.inc.php and in /* Improve PHP configuration to prevent issues */ add this: ini_set('memory_limit','-1'); No change, I also tried to remove a few modules, no help too Any ideas??
  4. Hi, import tool works differently for me. Default category is the first in the list of column Categories(x,y,z)!! Are you sure, you've tried this? For me it works perfectly
  5. Hello, I need to enrich functionality of customers/groups, to be more exact, to make opposite of discount, to make good more expensive (+ 20%). Anyway, i need to change the code responsible for customer/group management, but i just can't find it!!Where is it located on the file system? Actually, where are all those scripts located on filesystem? I can't find it in modules, and i'm having same problem with looking for scripts responsible for import (that BO tool). Thanks
  6. Hi, I need to do pretty the same job as merlino, where can I find script for the tool of back office, which ensures that importing?? I want to change the code, but i don't know, where it is located on the file system. BTW where are all these tool files? I'm having the same problem with functionality of groups and customers (need to alter it a little bit), but everybody just ads his own modules to buy..
  7. Hello, I m writing here, because many of you are developers of prestashop and you will know the answer for sure. I need to change functionality of Customers - Group logic, do you know, where i can find the scripts?? Where are all scripts of tools of BackOffice, such as customer management, group management, and import?? I can't find it in the file system, nor of those, i have just mentioned. I do not need to use some extra modules or use back office, i want to edit the code.

  9. Hello, I need to use REST webservices to handle my eshop. I followed the tutorial "Using the REST webservice" and found a problem. My URL translation is not working properly. I've generated new .htaccess file, having inside <IfModule mod_rewrite.c> # URL rewriting module activation RewriteEngine on # URL rewriting rules RewriteRule ^api/?(.*)$ /prestashop/webservice/dispatcher.php?url=$1 [QSA,L] </IfModule> Rewriting in prestashop is enabled via Back Office accordingly, I generated the key and set all needed permissions. Rewriting in Apache is enabled too, module is loaded. Apache is version 2.2, hosted on localhost. If I access http://localhost/pre.../dispatcher.php it works, i get a tree of xlinks. But according translated URLhttp://localhost/prestashop/api results in error 404. Same error is returned while trying to accesshttp://localhost/pre...p/api/customers etc.. Problem is, that I want to use created PHP scripts (0-CustomersList.php, 1-Retrieve.php) and in all those script, URL translation is used. Snippet of 0-CustomersList.php: // Here we define constants /!\ You need to replace this parameters define('DEBUG', true); // Debug mode define('PS_SHOP_PATH', 'http://localhost/'); // Root path of your PrestaShop store define('PS_WS_AUTH_KEY', 'ZQ88PRJX5VWQHCWE4EE7SQ7HPNX00RAJ'); // Auth key (Get it in your Back Office) require_once('./PSWebServiceLibrary.php'); Just as an example of nonworking address resolution, I uploaded correct CustomersList.php to the server and executed it, here is a reply. URL is http://localhost/pre...stomersList.php HTTP REQUEST HEADER GET //api/customers HTTP/1.1 Authorization: Basic V0FESDZTQkFZNkZUOTdDWU9BRElVVFlNWlJSSFlPMlk6 Host: localhost Accept: */* HTTP RESPONSE HEADER HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found Date: Thu, 03 May 2012 11:47:18 GMT Server: Apache/2.2.22 (Fedora) Content-Length: 286 Connection: close Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1 RETURN HTTP BODY <!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN"> <html><head> <title>404 Not Found</title> </head><body> <h1>Not Found</h1> <p>The requested URL /api/customers was not found on this server.</p> <hr> <address>Apache/2.2.22 (Fedora) Server at localhost Port 80</address> </body></html> Bad ID Customer's List Máte někdo nějaké nápady, jak toto řešit?
