Looking for bids on Fulfillment integration Email Module

Hello,

I am looking to have a custom module created that emails out a specific file attachment pulling order information so a fulfillment company can process this attachment and put the order in.

one question I have at this time. Will the user select the orders to export, using a date range of some sort?
