shyine19
I recently downloaded the clothese theme (http://prestadesigner.com/clothes-theme-free-prestashop-theme/) but size of the slider was huge and the whole page was off so I tried to switch back to an older theme but the clothes theme stayed on my page. So after a few days of this I deleted it manually. However it is STILL ON MY SITE. I am technologically challenged and I have NO idea what else to do. HELP PLEASE!!! THANK YOU!!!! Mike Kranzler
Hi shyine, Have you tried clearing your browser's cache yet? -Mike
shyine19
I am supposing that means restarting my internet session, then yes; and even though I have manually taken the theme, it is still my current layout... any other ideas you have would be great. Thanks!

Mike Kranzler
Mozilla Firefox Please clear your cache by pulling up the Privacy tab in your Options menu, and then clicking "clear your recent history" Then, make sure you have "cache" selected under "Details" and change the time range to "Everything." Once you've done that, please reload your page and let me know if the issue persists. -Mike
shyine19
I cleared everything, clicked the cache under details and it's still there. Here is a link to my store after I "successfully updated" to another theme: http://shyinecom.ipage.com/admin19/
Mike Kranzler
What is the name of that theme you're pointing to in the screenshot? It's too small for me to read in the attachment. -Mike
shyine19
Black&White theme, but even when I tried to change it back to the default Prestashop it won't switch.
Mike Kranzler
Do you have full administrative rights on your page? In this situation, you may want to try calling iPage to see what they suggest, as this doesn't appear to be an issue with PrestaShop specifically. -Mike
shyine19
I am the administrator & ipage says its nothing @ all on their end. Guess I'll have to start all over But thank you for your help
theme_designer
Post your website URL. Maybe it's just the DNS cache issue.
