[Solved] Issue with Download link

The download page is broken, I get a cool 500 server error :

I just took a look at this for you. Where are you getting that link? You can still download PrestaShop very easily at http://www.prestashop.com/en/download

Hi,

I've been trying to download Prestashop and the link is not working. On the latest versions of IE and Firefox it opens a page with encoded characters of the zip file and on chrome, downloads controller.php.(I've not selected any additional language)

 

I can download the beta version though

I just tested this out but had no issues downloading PrestaShop from our website. However, to simplify the issue for you, I have attached a zip of the software for you right here.

Thank you, but the download on your main page still doesn't work for me and I've asked some friends to try it out and they can't download either

Hi ScorpSoul,

I will try to look into this for you further, but I did just try again on both Chrome and Firefox on the Portuguese part of our site with no issues. In the meantime though, I would suggest you use the file I posted above to get started!

Hey, a month has passed, I've formatted both my computers, one with windows 8 x64 Preview and other with win7 x64 and the same error happens to me with the downloads on both of them. I've changed languages on the website and tried to download, but I get the same result as I did before...

Hi ScorpSoul,

I have several developers and even our webmaster looking into this for you, but none of them have been able to replicate this error.

 

However, you can always try downloading any and all versions of PrestaShop from our Google Code repository, which should hopefully work better for you.
