I have installed prestahop 1.4.6 on my server, play a littel with it, add a new theme make a few changes to see how it works and then I decide to remove all and start all over again so I can start with a blank project. When I delete all the directory I can not delete the one from the new theme: Mail/ Module/ Themes/ Translation/ and htacess. I set the permision to 777 but still nothing. I need help with that. Mike Kranzler Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 Hi JohnAc, As DesignHaus posted, this could be an issue with your FTP client. I personally prefer Filezilla. Additionally, please make sure that the permissions you are changing are in fact being changed. It's very rare, but I've seen a few hosting providers who do not allow you to even do it yourself, you can try to change them but if you check the log you'll see that the permissions were denied and you'll need to check with your host directly.
