ct1976 Posted April 9, 2012 Share Posted April 9, 2012 Hope someone has been through this and can help....I Install Matrice 1.4 Theme and all fine except for the Home Page Editor (or basically anything in Home Page Content section) no longer works i know Matrice has its own editorial module to run slideshow, if i disable the Home Text Editor then the slideshow also vanishes. Also tried to find another block can try to tranplant in home content section\position but nothing seems to want to hook there...i'm very confused and not a programmer. any ideas please as i am now left with a lot of blank space on my homepage.....see image.... ukmacnut Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 Hi, I also use themes from 2link / Prestaplayers If you don't want the slideshow, but you want to use "Home Text Editor" module do the following steps: 1. Remove the editorial folder from ~/themes/matrice/modules/ 2. Copy the editorial folder from ~/modules/ to ~/themes/matrice/modules/ 3. In back office, find "Home text editor" and click on Reset Hope it works for you. If you want a slideshow + custom text then best not to do these steps and add your text to: ~/themes/matrice/modules/editorial/editorial.tpl Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
