Ben1973
Hi, We've been using prestashop for over a year now, any issues we could solve by using the information on the forum. Now i have a problem with tabs and i can't seem to find any solution. This problem occured after upgrading to 1.4.5.1 I installed a module that is listed in the tabs listing and is also shown in the tabs position (Back OfficeEmployees Tabs) but it doesn't show up as a link in the submenu BO. (see attached print screen) I've installed a different module and the same problem occurs. Can anybody help us please? ;-) Thanks in advance Ben
Mike Kranzler
Hi Ben, As I asked meccabooks above, was this a manual upgrade or did you use our AutoUpgrade module? And additionally, which specific module is causing you these issues? -Mike
Ben1973
Hi Mike, Thanks for the swift reply, We did an autoupgrade. In this case we installed Orlique Ordermanager but we also have the same problem with the module clonespecificprices so i don't think it's a module issue. meccabooks
Hi meccabooks, Did you upgrade manually or using our AutoUpgrade module? -Mike I did manual upgrade, however later I moved my website to a different server, where they supported the Prestashop install. So I installed prestashop there automatically and transferred my database over,, however the problem remained the same.

Saulouk
I had this problem as well when I upgraded to the latest version (1.4.8.2). I managed to fix this problem, I used Agile Cart so to fix it I simply went to my back up and copied the file "AgileCartsExt.php" to the folder in my new updated version. I have attached the file in case you did not back up. (AgileCartsExt.php) All you have to do is copy the file to YourStoreRoot/YourStoreAdmin/tab/ If you previously did not use Agile Cart, you can install it by going to [Employees] > [Tabs], find "Shopping Carts" record and click edit icon. Change Class to from "AdminCarts" to "AgileCartsExt" and save it.
