Voucher mess free shipping value up.

If I add a product in the cart and then apply a voucher for free shipping it mess it all up.

For example:
Product - $ 5.50
Shipping - $ 6

Voucher for free shipping take away the shipping.
I have set the automatic free shipping at $800 but when the voucher take away the shipping it says that in order to reach free shipping you have to order for $800.50. It should say $794.50.

What is wrong and where do I fix it?

I have voucher related problem too.

I created a voucher that gives free shipping for certain category, but yet when the customer do mixed order the shipping becomes free:

I Have:

Category1 (light weight Items)
Category2 (heavy items)
Created a voucher that gives free shipping for category1 if they spend $xx

Customer buys anything ,even 1$ from category1 and alot of heavy stuff from category2, when they add the voucher it gives free shipping.

So prestashop does not understand that this voucher according to price and category is when client buys $xx from cat1 ONLY.
it just looks at the total and if there are any items in that category allowed.

What needs to be fixed is an extra checking:
1)Total met for the free shipping voucher? It does that
2)Are there items from the allowed category? it does that
3)is the min amount for free vouched made up from the allowed category ONLY? It does NOT do that

Can someone think of a fix?

Exactly same on PS1.4.4.1. Any fix yet, since 2009?
