rajsharma Posted January 30, 2012 Share Posted January 30, 2012 Hello, we have recently upgraded from 1.3.3 to prestashop 1.4.6.2 and after the upgrade everything is working ok but the modules page, catalog page, customer, orders are taking very long to load in Back Office. please suggest what needs to be done. bellini13 Posted January 30, 2012 Share Posted January 30, 2012 for this type of issue i would open a bug tracker, or perhaps reach out to Mike Kranzler who may be able to put you in contact with the dev team. I would suggest looking at your database queries first, see if you can enable the debug setting so you can take a look at what parts of the system are taking the longest.
