[help] Move prestashop from webhost to localhost

When i try to move my prestashop website from

 

sub.mydomains.com --- that locate in my webhost = public_html/sub/

 

to localhost --> 127.0.0.1/sub/

 

i get this error message

when i try to access http://127.0.0.1/sub/admincp/

 

it returns blank page..
