Does it really helps to make clients come back and confirm there cart? I was thinking in creating the following : - 1st email reminder: send 5 hours later only with a reminder of the cart. - 2nd email reminder: send 2 days later with a reminder of the cart. - 3rd email reminder: send 4 days later to remind the cart and offer a discount price. - 4th email and last: send 7 days later an email saying that the stock of the selected items will finish and offering a last possibility with discount. Then if you look at the shopping cart page it is easy to see those - I would send a manual email. So much more friendly . I suppose it depends on how busy your store is? Now lets wait to see if it makes us have more sales... Using setcronjob is really easy, mine is running, the only problem is that after 50 runs i have to pay! but is cheap! tangomango Posted June 25, 2012 Share Posted June 25, 2012 I have trouble with this module. I've recently purchased it and installed it due to its good review and also this forum's nice comments. I try to "Add new template" by following the instructions, but after I customized the setting, and hit "Save template" Nothing is saved. I even tried to uninstall and re-install it. Still the same issue. Anyone encounter the same thing? I've send message inquiry directly to the developer few times, no response. Hopefully this post will help me out to get some attention.
