Mange Posted November 2, 2011 Share Posted November 2, 2011 Hi guys, over 2 months time I have tried to install Prestashop to my domain. Usually there has been no problem uploading a Prestashop, but since prestashop 1.4.3 i can not reach my own server when filling in the fields on the second page: server name, name, login, password and prefix. Does anyone know why this is? It just says "Your database connection settings are not valid. Please check your server, name, login and prefix." It would be great if they can be more specific.
