Money back for a theme

I have buyed this theme.4 Days ago i have upgraded to prestashop 1.4.5.1 and the Layered Module it`s broken for this theme, and without this module activated, i don`t have a porpoise for this site.

Even if the price is between 0 and 22 lei, after it will show the products between 0 and 22, it will continue with other products too.

 

I have emailed the developer of the theme 4 days ago and still no answer.

I want my money back so that i can buy another theme with Layered module working for 1.4.5.1

Validatiod for MasterCard? If all shops work like this one, then is so unprofessional. Great scam, nothing else.

I lost 72 euros and I will give my best as many people know about the fraud.

So can you post a link where you have bought theme ?

 

Also about "Validation for MasterCard" that can be set by

shop owner as protection from stolen credit cards.

And you bought theme Friday night, so could you be bit patient

and wait weekend to pass. I hope that you get response about

your order in Monday.

Accusing people of stealing will not get you anywhere, especially when the order is awaiting validation, which too me, suggests that the order hasn't been placed and no money has been exchanged. Maybe you used a stolen credit card and that is why the order hasn't been validated.

Well, If they know that the Credit card is stolen, why they do not report the theft (me) and block the card?

Accusing people of stealing cards will not get you anywhere. Help if you can.

I have evidence that I was robbed. Do you have proof that the card is stolen?

Like I said previously, the order status is awaiting validation, therefore it has not been processed. If the status was "order accepted" or "payment accepted" then I would say you have an issue.

 

Why don't you contact your card issuer and initiate a charge-back to get your money back?

Some business's do actually have the weekend off and are out of the office until Monday morning. I would wait until Monday, but I think think this is the reason why your status is reading "awaiting verification".

 

 

There is a module that allows store owners to accept credit cards offline so that they can process them with their own credit card processor if there is not a module available for their payment gateway. More about the module can be found here.

Did you buy from the prestashop addons site? If so, I can not see a problem. Just wait until Monday. They may be busy with the same problems with other cusomers.

 

Please be patient. Buying online is a nerve wrecking ordeal if you know nothing of the site. Here are a few tips on how to shop safely.

 

1. Ask on the forum if anyone has experience of the store you wish to use

2. Look in the "contact us" section of any site. The more information like a business address, telephone the better.

3. Do a whois look up on the domain www.who.is look up www.taylor-mellish.co.uk .Thats me !! If it says domain privicy, then think twice. Domain privicy is for individuals. Company registrations have to show an address.

4. Try to use a "credit" card and not a "debit" card as you are covered for most purchases ofver a certain amount. Check your card issuer to check.
