Here are all my problems : The biggest one : TWENGA.fr > my catalog is exported on twenga.fr. a lot of new clients arrive and that's great ! but when they order and pay with paypal, 1 or 2 cents are added (I don't know why). Result : my clients receive an error message 'error of payment with paypal - your order is not validated" > they think that the payment is not done, and then they buy somewhere else and ... ask me the money back ! For me it's really bad because I loose clients, I loose orders and I loose money because of Paypal and Prestabox commissions ...! Second problem : I'm on prestabox, as I said, and I have buy a module called PrestaPDF, to export my catalog in PDF. I paid 52€ but I can't install it by myself ... I need that somewone in the Prestabox team look in my back office. I haven't access to the FTP (or I don't know what, I'm not a professionnal). But nobody answers to my messages. Third problem : my category bloc, that is very important in my website, disappears when the client is connected ! so he can't see my products anymore, once he's connected. That 's a real disaster ... I have also questions about the "pack premium" that has been added to my account, but I don't know what it means (only that I pay 25€ more per month, for I don't know what) Ok I stop here, because there are my 4 biggest problems. Résultat, ils commandent ailleurs et le temps que je réagisse pour leur dire que leur commande est ok, ils ont acheté ailleurs et me demandent un remboursement. Résultat : je pers des sous en commissions Paypal ET je perds des sous en commission prestabox ET surtout, je perds des clients et des commandes !!! Help please !
