mpshop Posted October 11, 2011 Author Share Posted October 11, 2011 Thanks for the quick response. I checked the permissions, they are set to read and write. Still not showing the sample product though, just your logo. I checked the server logs, but since i setup a new Linux shared host just for prestashop, I have not setup logs yet. Any other ideas ? mpshop Posted October 11, 2011 Author Share Posted October 11, 2011 tried reinstalling everything following your directions. everything installed fine again, can access back office, when i click shop view, same thing, white screen with your logo, top left ? running on godaddy with linux shared hosting. I had to follow your old instructions regarding permissions to get it to work, before I install the software, not after I have already installed it. Now have my last question, and chance you can tell me why a product image would display on the front page, then when i click on it, the product.php page is loaded, but the product description and image are gone ?
