The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log. any good news? bovario Posted November 7, 2011 Share Posted November 7, 2011 I have the same problem on prestashop 1.3.1.1. My site www.bargains-zone.co.uk/shop stopped working. I contacted with server technicial support and received message from them: http://www.bargains-zone.co.uk/shop/ now produces an internal server error, with the following being written to the cgi_error_log in the stats directory: 20111105T142943: www.bargains-zone.co.uk/shop/search.php PHP Fatal error: Undefined class name 'configuration' in /hermes/web01/b2000/moo.bargainszonecouk/shop/config/config.inc.php on line 61 Do not know what to do.
