[SOLVED] HELP ! Updated Presta and product list dissapeared

I Upgraded to:

 

Versión de PrestaShop: 1.4.4.1

Información sobre su servidor: Linux #2 SMP Sat Mar 13 00:42:43 PST 2010 x86_64

Versión del software servidor: Apache

Versión de PHP: 5.2.17

Versión de MySQL: 5.1.39-log

 

And the product list dissapeared

 

Please check on http://www.ecoshop.cl and look into any category

Hi Gonzalo,

This appears to be a memory-related issue. In order to work around this, in your config/config.inc.php file please add this to line 30:

 

ini_set('memory_limit', '128M');

 

Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks for you answer, but it did,nt work. What is weird is that the products appear for less than a second second and then they disapear.

 

I'm gonna try to dissable the modules one by one and see if that works. After that I'll try to reload Presta.

 

I'll let you know if it works.

Found the problem. The module

 

"Bloque navegación por facetas v1.4 por PrestaShop

Muestra un bloque con los filtros de la navegación por facetas"

 

(Sorry my Presta is in Spanish and don't have any idea of how it is called in English)

 

Was not working properly. I Unistalled and then things came back to normal. When I tried to activate it back, everything was OK. So maybe after upgrade we should deactivate and activate it back. Or maybe it has a small bug.

Hi Gonzalo,

Actually, if this is an issue with your Layered Navigation Module, I would recommend you leave this uninstalled. We are going to be releasing a new version of it in the next week or so that resolves a lot of issues such as this one, so it would probably be your best best to wait for the new release.
