capk1 Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 This always worked fine before but it won't work since we changed servers. I'm on a Mac osx 10.5.8 using the Firefox 6 browser. When I go to the Images section to browse and upload and hit the "save" button all the body copy disappears and only the "Back office>>Catalog" and everything above it remains. It lists no errors anywhere. When I go to the product there's no thumbnail image as normal but there is the name of the product there. when I click on the name of the product where the image should be I get the following: Not Found The requested URL /img/p/76-183.jpg was not found on this server. Apache Server at www.xxxxxxxxxx.com Port 80 Can anyone help with this problem!?! I've attached what it looks like image problem.tiff Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
shokinro Posted September 14, 2011 Share Posted September 14, 2011 It lists no errors anywhere. Have you enabled display errors? You need set "display_errors" to "on" in file / econfig/config.inc I guess some error is happening. Please also check you have set correct permissions for the followling img folder and its subfolders.
