[SOLVED] can't acces to my back office

Hi

 

When i type : www.mydomainname.com/admin i arrive in the index directory

 

here the example :

 

Index of /boutique

Name Last modified Size Description Parent Directory - themes/ 10-Sep-2011 15:57 -

 

as you can see this is not the back office at all. What should i need to modified to get in the back office ??

well since i haven't heard anything back to help me with my issue i have decided to deleted everything on my ftp and try to reinstall the whole thing !! hoping that this time everything will work out well....

 

So i still hoping someone will take a little of his tme to read my posting and try to help that would be very nice

hi everyone

 

so for anyone who will have the same issue as mine here the solution:

 

erase all the file from your hosting using your FTP. Then reinstall prestashop ( that take quite some time but i promise it's worth it !! )

Go through the installation process and normally your back office will be available.

 

The address is www.yourdomainame.com/admin000/login.php

Hi Patricia,

Thanks for coming back to post your solution. Sometimes, a key file can get inadvertently altered during the installation process, and even the smallest change can make a big difference. So yes, sometimes a clean install is the best way to go. I will mark this as solved so that others with this same issue can find it more easily.
