patricia222 Posted September 12, 2011 Author Share Posted September 12, 2011 hi everyone so for anyone who will have the same issue as mine here the solution: erase all the file from your hosting using your FTP. Then reinstall prestashop ( that take quite some time but i promise it's worth it !! ) Go through the installation process and normally your back office will be available. Sometimes, a key file can get inadvertently altered during the installation process, and even the smallest change can make a big difference. So yes, sometimes a clean install is the best way to go.
