WStefanko Posted September 8, 2011 Share Posted September 8, 2011 Hi all, I am trying to install Prestashop for the first time. I setup a webserver at localhost I thought today. I loaded Apache 2.2 as my webserver then installed MySQL followed by PHP 5.2.17. I have tested php and it works fine under my test page. I downloaded PrestaShop and unzipped it. I copied the extracted files to my /prestashop folder. When I go to: http://localhost/prestashop/install all it shows me is the directory listing. The installer does not load. I forgot to change the directory in Apache to ....htdocs/prestashop and also change the file that is was looking for to index.php instead of index.html.
