  1. I turned off Friendly URL and the splash page works just fine. http://gothic-jewelry.com
  2. Hi all, I posted this question in general help but did not receive an solution. I am trying to implement my html splash page I built locally. It is named index.html. The link it put to enter the site is www.gothic-jewelry.com/index.php. For some reason when I click the link it goes directly to the splash page in a continuous loop. I changed the .htaccess to (DirectoryIndex index.html index.php) so it would read the index.html first. Am I missing something? Someone said it was that Prestashop looks for both index.html and index.php. Is there an override? PS version 1.5.2 www.gothic-jewelry.com Thank you, Wes
  3. Kimsion, did you come up with a solution to this problem? I am having the same issue. Thanks
  4. Paulito, I was thinking a pop up also but I realize how much I dislike them when I go somewhere.
  5. Any work around that you know of besides putting my store in a new folder?

  7. Got it you guys. Thank you for all of your time and help.
  8. Yep, I edited the files in my theme. I am just not sure on how to edit the sprite. Can I just replace it with the one to download from Pascal? "The last thing to do is to (make a backup of and) edit the graphic: /modules/blocksocial/img/sprite_pict_social_block.png This is a sprite, i.e. a graphic file that combines more pictures in one file Edit this file and copy the part from just below twitter, to just below rss, and add this cart below the rss picture: (see example file) then change the new circle to the social place you want to add (I made a simple G+) save the file and replace with the original one."
  9. Pascal, I have all of the coding done for this mod but I cannot figure out the sprite altering. I have never touched them and I am lost. Any tips? Thank you, Wes http://gothic-jewelry.com/
  10. I went with Ignawins response and worked like a charm. Thank you both for the quick responses. Wes www.gothic-jewelry.com
  11. I have been trying to find the correct CSS file to edit the text color in the cart block where it displays the product. Right now it is pulling from GLOBAL.CSS but I do not want to change that file because it will mess with other headings. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached a file for reference. Thank you, Wes
  12. I added the text between the price and cart for anyone else to take a look at. See attached picture.
  13. I have allowed to back order but I already have 800 products uploaded and was hoping not to have to go one by one entering my message. Carlsen, I am not very good at coding and have been playing around on a local server on the product.tpl. Every time I add the line similar to: {l s='Please allow 2 weeks for delivery'} I cannot get it to show up on my product page. I have force compilation on. I am trying to get it right above the line above where the price is located.. Thank you for any information.
  14. Have you contacted Tomer at presto-changeo? I believe he is the creator of the module.
  15. Good morning all, I am working on a wholesale site that I would like to have the default set to "allow orders" to be set to default with a specific message. I know you can do it one by one under quantities but I am working with a thousand products with quite a few combinations. I allowed ordering for back orders just trying to figure out the message part. Thank you, Wes
