theme 001 not showing up correctly

Hello,

 

I have just set up prestashop on my server and uploaded the new theme, when I choose the new theme it is showing up like this > www.mobi-fone.co.uk can anyone advise as to what might be up

I turned on the errors and this is now showing up

Looks like this same issue has been posted multiple times but I never see any solution for it. I have the same problem too. Only thing I found close to a solution was in French.

It seems that try to concatenate a variable with text without quotes.
