Installing Template on Hosting Server

I bought my Prestashop template and downloaded it to my computer, I than got on my host's cPanel and went to FTP Unlimited where i am able to extract the template files and bring them up on the url page. After downloading them all I checked the url and got a message that said "This is a technical file included in your template package for security reasons. Please refer to technical documentation for the correct path to your template index file." Host Monster told me to contact prestashop on the correct way to install; now I don't know what to do.

 

Any ideas?

Host monster didn't give much of help =)

 

They should know what the "tecnical issue problem is" altough it is there host.

 

Try to instal via filezilla?

see if its fifferent

I do have filezilla but I have no idea about the Site Manager, or logging into my host/username/and password..That's what I don't understand about filezilla

I deleted everything I did through host monster's ftp uploader and re-tried it on filezilla and got the same security message pop up

if is a template for ps 1.4, go to modules, administration, and use the module theme installer to install the theme
