ardemean Posted August 7, 2011 Share Posted August 7, 2011 our website could not receive hotmail mail when you register on our website. also could not receive order confirmation. on the "contact us" and "mail alert",if the service mail is hotmail,it will receive nothing. but if you log in gmail yahoo qq 21cn ect mail,everything is ok,you could receive register infor and order confirmation etc. shop ip is no problem. who could help me????? I am using Prestashop Version 1.6 other mails are working fine(gmail,yahoo etc) .hotmail only could not receive the mail please help me....
