Will 'default currency' be information Google get?

I am more convenience to use local currency for cost management purpose but prefer $ to be shown when Google put on search engine.

Would this be relevant to 'default currency' setting?

I'm sorry to see you're having this problem twice

 

As for your question, it might be easiest to just set the default currency in $ if you would like for that to be crawled, and let your customers manually change to your local currency if that is how you would like for them to pay. All it takes is one click.
