amanuensis Posted June 5, 2011 Share Posted June 5, 2011 I am using a dedicated server running Plesk - my PS store was on xxx.co.uk and I have changed the domain name on the server through Plesk to xxx.com - the reason for me doing this was to build the shop on xxxx.co.uk while keeping the xxx.com still live - I have now pointed the DNS to the xxx.com site that was changed/renamed from being xxxx.co.uk to xxxx.comIs there anything else I need to change within the structure of PS now that I have changed the name on the server? amanuensis Posted June 5, 2011 Author Share Posted June 5, 2011 The DNS is now pointing to my xxxx.com with PS on it - the PS is in a folder/directory named 'store'.When I go to the URL xxxx.com/store it tell me it is not to be found and in the browser the URL changes to xxxx.com/storestoreI can get into the admin though and when i use quick access to view the front end of my shop I get the same thing happening myURL xxx.com/store changes to xxx.com/storestore of which doesn't existThere seems to be some re-writing rule going on!Any ideas?
