MAYCON HENRIQUE
I need help with a PrestaShop 9.0.1, 8.2.3, 1.7.8.11 installation done through Softlocous on cPanel. I installed cPanel on my server and purchased a Softlocous license because I'm not an advanced user and I use cPanel to manage my server. Softlocous said the PrestaShop installation was successful, and in fact I can see it installed at this URL: https://karytirze.fit But for some reason I can't access the store's management panel that was installed at this address: https://karytirze.fit/admin123 Can anyone help? I already followed the tips in this community tutorial, but I noticed that all the files seem to have already been fixed in this latest version. https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/pull/38905/files My server is Metal O.S Alma Linux com Cpanel/WHM PHP is 8.

Fabry
Hi, you have to delete or rename Install folder after installation before open the link of backoffice.
MAYCON HENRIQUE
I couldn't find any folder named "install" on my FTP. I tried installing again using Softlocous without success.
juanrojas
Easy, don't use Softlocous and install manually, version 8 recommended

Take a search on this forum for problems accessing PS9 admin (back office)... There were couple different problems and solutions. Personally i was getting error 500 when there were permission problems, and error 404 because of PS9 not setting/configuring some files correctly.
