HTTP 0 - error - undefined

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I'll try to install Prestashop 8.2.0 on localhost with Wamp.
Wamp is setted with Php 8.1.31, MySQL on 5.7.44, Apache on 2.4.62.1.
I've tried differents solutions but nothing happen....
During the install process, I receive an error message 'HTTP 0 - error - undefined'.
How to exit of this deadlock ?

Thank you by advance !

Try Xampp. Wamp posts are extremely rare on this forum while Xampp is quite common. And as Prestashop is not very Windows friendly you will need some forum support.

Thank you @musicmaster Strangely, peoples doesn't develop on locahost before transfer it on host space ?

Dear Nick,

I finally solve my problem with all tips the community done to me... But not with Wamp.
I tried with Xampp and, with the right installation anf the right Xampp boot options, I didn't have the http 0 error anymore.
When I see Xampp settings, I wonder If I I didn't make mistake when I launched with Wamp. I had install Wamp with admin privilege but I never launched it with same admin privileges.... Maybe I need to retry.

Thank you for help 😉

I'm getting crazy with this error, I tried almost everything. Looking Chrome development console you can see net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET. I guess is something related with symphony but not sure. I need to work with wamp64.

Any legend can help?

Thanks,

Prestashop makes it at the moment very hard to install under Windows. Running is not a problem. So if you have the opportunity to install under Linux do that and copy the files and database to your Windows.

The troubles started with version 8.0.6 if I remember well. So you can also try an older version.

Finally I solve problem. The problem was php_debug module that crashes with windows.

Solution: desactivate php_xdebug from php.ini and reestart wamp64.

My opinion wamp64 is a windows local server wery reliable.
