Problem with fake registrations and carts

I have a shop with prestashop 1.7.3.3 and for a few months every day I have had fake registrations and fake abandoned carts (see attached image): I tried to install Google recaptcha (both v2 and v3) but it doesn't block anything.

How can I solve the problem and block fake registrations and carts?

• Add custom validation questions to your registration form. These can be simple math problems or questions that are easy for humans but difficult for bots.

OR

• Require users to verify their email address before completing registration. This step can significantly reduce fake registrations.

Hi,

if you encounter fraudulent registrations on your store, don't hesitate to install a Captcha module to block them completely, as proposed by this module:

• Captcha on Prestatoolbox
• Captcha on Addons

Do those fake registrations come from a country which are not in your usual customer profile?

If someone wants to register he can do it, Captcha solutions only take away the bot problem. real people cannot be stopped.
You can validate credit-cards, or use stripe for that.

Captcha solution solves only problem of fake Registrations but not fake carts
Is there a way to avoid so many fake carts?
