Is it possible to create custom CMS page with product miniatures inside text?

I would like to create a page describing various product properties, and under each text I would like to place, for example, 3 selected product thumbnails.
Is there any hook I can use to do this?

It is not possible in standard PrestaShop. You would need some changes / module to achieve it.

Pagebuilder software usually creates a lot of code, making loading a nightmare.
Specially for shops on shared, their shop could convert into a snail.

Out of curiosity: Do you have experience with the Elementor page builder (Creative Elements)? Are loading times much worser than with standard themes?

yes, we take the Elementor out and make the pages new, most likely with html5.
As I put it: Page-builder software usually creates a lot of code.
