rdubill Posted January 5 Share Posted January 5 This just started happening today (01/05/2024) - customer clicks on the add to cart button on the product page and nothing happens. He displays his cart and nothing is there. Yet I see that item in the shopping cart in the back office. I tested it and have the same problem. Been running this theme for 9 years and have done no recent updates or new installs. I am able to add an item to the cart from the category page that has no attribute selections and that item shows up in the cart. Looking for suggestions... rdubill Posted January 5 Author Share Posted January 5 Sorry - my mistake - when adding an item from category page that also does not show up in the cart - but does show on the backend.
