So I want to use default smtp

But when I want to test it it give me this errror

Depend on mail server. Presta doesn't have issues with most mail servers, even custom ones. But i.e  on gmail default settings won't work.

where can I see my mail server? this is not my server, I just was given the stage with SFTP and admin page

Whats the domain hosting? Check hosting name on google with SMTP / IMAP settings.

Check your web hosting support default mail server using an example from w3cshool from the below link

Some web hosting support email from default PHP mail or provide custom SMTP details.
