Attachments Problem

Hi,

Make sure that the file permissions on the attachment files are set correctly. They should be readable by the web server user.

Incorrect file permissions can prevent users from accessing the files.

Check if any error arises in console (developer's tool) by the time you click on the attached file.

Thanks!

Thank you guys!

I think I'll use another solution that does not involve attachments, because I don't know how to use FTP and I don't want to do something bad to the website...

Not knowing how to solve this problem just puts me an insane asylum, but I have no other "safe" solution, at the moment.

Thanks for the updates.

The FTP is easy to understand and use. It is like File Manager from Windows or a mobile app.

You can find many articles on Google search and demo videos on YouTube to learn about FTP, maybe it will help in future website management.
