Prestashop 8.0.4 Errors

Hi all,

I have installed Prestashop 8.0.4 and I have several errors in the backoffice :( I saw already a few posts regarding slow, but I have more than that.

When I try to create a new product (I have around 40 right now), it stays for a looong time until it jumps to the front-office to a unknow page (page no found error).

The ajax request it stays like this:

Also updating products it's a nightmare :(

I get errors but most of the time it saves the changes ... but really slow. Tem cache, memory, database looks good but the ajax requests not.

I have turned on the cache, compilation, etc and updated all the variables in the PHP according with the recomendations I have found.

Not always but sometimes a simple refresh it takes minutes, even in the front-office.

This is the configuration I have:

Any hint? I really need to fix this :(

Thank you

Jorge

Hi,
Use die(json_encode()) instead of die(Tools::jsonEncode());

I have done that, thank you, but I still have the same behavior.

1) When I save a product it doesn't save all (ex. categories isn't saving) and it gives always an error. This takes a looong time.

2) When I click new product .../admin859f2hp5s1fwzdyg5uq/index.php/sell/catalog/products/new it jumps out (after long time) to the front-office

Any help?

Thank you

This is an error from ets_blog. Are you using modules compatible with PS 8?

Yes. This was installed with the clean install of PS 8.0.4 or the theme I installed. But it's compatible and it's actually disabled and the behavior is the same. :(

I'm stuck with the product creation or update :( :( :(
