ZHSoft - There is no option by City. Its only state and zip/postal code range.

I purchased the TaxCloud module, however, it broke the checkout after filling the addresses.

Check out page loads.

fill Personal information and continues

fill addresses. after clicking continue, I get this page isnt working. HTTP error 500

When i disable the taxcloud module i am able to get through the checkout.

I did email the developer, however, I may get a quicker reply here.

Thank you,

K

Be patient with developers response it's Sunday and consider time zones.  They will need access of course.  We always load module to a staging copy to test.  If you don't have one and while waiting for response build a copy of your shop.  There you can replicate issue and give the developer space to work.

All.will be fine.

Hi @kyaj323

Subdomain is just fine, however make sure you avoid caching from google perspective. Either use a proper robots.txt or put the dev shop into maintenance. We usually use the first option, especially if any speed testing is needed. In your first post you mention that the new module broke the checkout. what was the error related to it ? Please enable the debug mode once you encounter the 500 error, and press refresh.

Make sure you paste the error here as screenshot.

My guts' are telling me it's  missing database column.

Cheers,

Leo
