Email problem

Hallo,

I bought eshop and changed email password at hosting. I have double checked that the password is correctly changed also in Prestashop admin. However, I permanently get error messages:

 

Swift Error: Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username \"[email protected]\" using 2 possible authenticators. Authenticator LOGIN returned Expected response code 250 but got code \"235\", with message \"235 Authentication succeeded\r\n\". Authenticator PLAIN returned Expected response code 250 but got code \"503\", with message \"503 already authenticated\r\n\".

 

Can anyone help me? Is there any cache (between prestashop and hosting) where old password may be stored?

im having email issues with connecting smtp also. Sorry i can't be more help, but i was told to "check the log of your SMTP server to know more about the login error."

As a workaround, i used https://www.sendinblue.com/ added the creds they told me and it worked
