Special problem after the upgrade 1.7.8.2 - backoffice

Hi, I upgraded my prestashop to the latest version. One server is testing, everything went well there and also the topic and related css were upgraded to the latest in the back office (screenshot). On the sharp domain, however, the back office is original, with minor changes, even with the new version. It does not help to delete cahce, it does not help to replace the theme.css file in the admin directory. Don't know what to do with it?

Hello, Please clear the cache of the PrestaShop site from backend and also from files. 

Secondly change php version and try. Hope it will solve the issues

Hellou, thank you, i try everything, but not repair my problem :/

I checked css and on another server where everything works properly the css class reads like this: theme.css: 521 but on the other server where it is decided css loads the same theme.css: 365 file.
What can it cause? Theme.css is copied and exactly the same on both servers.

Update, I found that several tabs load css from "default" theme which is good but a few tabs from "new-theme" which is bad and causes css decision. How do I change all admin bookmarks to load only defaul theme css?
