What software are you using to do this or is it done manually? Is it necessary to create a second website for testing? How are some of our community members uploading on their website. juanrojas Posted November 1, 2021 Share Posted November 1, 2021 1. better if you put the site offline 2. you can do it manually, with CSV that prestashop has or use emagicone ( If you are interested in the standart plan, here is a discount code maya-AAEM-15-OFF ) 3. it is always better to have a test site 4. the servers usually do copy, see that at least one is done daily, they must be executed when you have a failure Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bnadauld Posted November 4, 2021 Share Posted November 4, 2021 Are you on a shared server - if so - i get timeouts when i use up all my 'sql queries'. I have to split up my CSV upload into chunks.
