I want a B2B setting where current customers can log on, browse, click on items, order them and place their order for us to handle in the same way as if we had phoned then for an order ? We have regular deliveries to established customers so we operate "telesales" whereby we phone our customers who then place an order verbally. We act on the order by invoicing it, it gets picked and then delivered. No payment is made at this point, it is handled separately. Our suppliers also operate in the same way. However, I can also now place my orders with some suppliers by simply adding items to a cart and clicking to finalise the order. Again, no payment, that isn't part of the system. I want the ability to offer our established customers the chance to order online with no payment or delivery settings required, simply finalise the order for us to act upon.
