I got an error when adding product to cart from backoffice. The error is: [PrestaShop\PrestaShop\Core\Domain\Cart\Exception\CartException code 0]

Hello Nickz. My answers:

• Did it work before? It is the first time I use that functionality and did not work.
• What did you do? The error message appears when I click on "Add to the cart"
• Version of your Shop? Version 1.7.7.7
• Version of PHP??? PHP 7.2.34

had same problem before while adding products, solved by changing folder persmissions, in my case was /img folder , but check for other folder permissions, i had to change some to 777
