franziska Posted July 6, 2021 Share Posted July 6, 2021 Hello, There seems to be a problem with the email. When you sign up for the newsletter, you do not receive a confirmation email. When one buys a product also not. Also the testmail function reported an error (I attach). Does anyone have any idea what this could be due to? A few months ago we changed the theme of the store and then went back to the old one. Before that, everything was working. Also, about 3 months ago we installed the Creative Elements plugin with which we also design our pages. Maybe someone has come across a similar problem?
