Can not add faceted search filters template

When I try to add a template for the faceceted search module, there are not categories to select. But if click on "Expand All" button, I see categories, but it has a radiobox and not a checkbox as it must be. 
Even though, if I select a category and click save button, the template is not saved.
PrestaShop version is 1.7.6.7
ps_facetedsearch is 3.7.1

Try with index rebuild and cache clean on module settings.

Mine looks:
