Why every time I update my blog the main menu and disclaimer block on footer disappear?

Hi I,

 

It has been a while everytime I update my blog (leo blog) the main menu in some languages disappear. Also the disclaimer block on footer gives error. I don't find what could be the problem.

 

Could someone help?
