no possibility to enter address prestashop 1.7

I am building a prestashop, I have a prestashop 1.7.4

I'm posting articles online and want to make a video to tell customers how it works and then I ran into a problem.

The customer cannot enter an address. When I enter the address in Firefox it is not a problem, but in all other internet providers my address form does not work.

Is there anyone who can help me solve this problem?

I am using a different template.

Hi, I recreated on edge but could not diagnois the problem myself, on edge I could not click into the form

No, that's right, that's also my problem.

Filling and click into the form is also not possible with Google Chome, only with me in Firefox.

Can someone help me identify where that problem is?

Seems there is a problem with the calculated height - if you overwrite them in your custom.css with a fixed value your form will work again

Thanks for your tip, and apologies for the late response.

I am going to see it with the computer specialist to get this done, when that is done I will come back to see if the problem has been solved.

This won't be until January.
