PS 1.6 Multishop

Hello everybody,

I've digged a lot of old topics with a huge bug in PS 1.6 Multishop.

Is there anyone who has figured out any solution yet?

The main bug: You can't edit/save any new category inside the second root category. It just doesn't display in the admin category tree.

you should create a development copy of production and use subdomains to test to see if you have same issue.

I am using a completely different domain.

Whats the idea behind using a subdomain?

the point is, successful shop owners create a dev machine they can try things on before going live.  This answers questions...you say there huge bugs and want answers but have no .doc of these huge bugs.  so if you test on a dev copy...you can answer your own questions and maybe help others with  your knowledge.

honestly you are on dated release and you will not have access to modern modules that use say template inheritance,  also MS multidomain is thought to improve organics, that has changed, it's not so useful anymore...actually it's an old dated practice, not best practice...maybe your focus for improvement is not what you should really be doing.
