When entering it, there is No confirmation.. On the backend when trying to anser the customer, it shows and 500 error (screenshot). Screenshots are attached here... Do you know how to change the default text "Dear Customer, Regards, Customer Service" (Screenshot) I have looked in translations for it, but cant find it anywhere...
