hkl Posted September 19, 2019 Share Posted September 19, 2019 Suddenly from day to day delivery notes (PDF) fails to create. No changes was done to the shop prior to the problem occur. Error massage: TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /var/www/www.xxxxxxx.dk/www/cache/tcpdf/img_8QTFnc - Cache has been clear - Permission to the /www/cache/tcpdf folder is set to 755 Nothing helps. hkl Posted September 20, 2019 Author Share Posted September 20, 2019 (edited) I upgraded the tcpdf to v.6.0.013 Now we get: TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get image: /var/www/www.xxxxxxxx.dk/www/tools/tcpdf/cache/img_ynO8jO when trying to print delivery slip We are able to generate PDF of orders with a specific status but not the delivery slip.
