We faced the similar problem earlier, it was due to our payment module. Please disable all your custom payment modules and try with prestashop default CoD module.

This will help the newbies to grow. Anyways my problem is solved now, as it was some error in payment module itself.

Try to delte contents in cache folder manually.

PS 1.6.0.11 Hello all, After making payment using paypal, customers are getting automatically logged while getting redirected to my website. Due to this even after making payment, no order does get executed at backend as well as front end. Any idea how to solve this issue.
