  1. In the PayPal Module, what did you put in the "PayPal Business Account" field? Make sure you enter your PayPal account "primary email address"
  2. Hi, open the PayPal USA module and it is the first box, above your PayPal api credentials. The email you enter needs to match your Primary or Administrator email in your PayPal account.
  3. Make absolutely sure the email address that you entered in the field marked "business account field" matches either your PRIMARY or ADMINISTRATOR email address in your PayPal account. I also got the same... "CONGRATULATIONS. Now you can try the products PayPal. Remember to return to this page and turn on the live mode to start accepting payments. " With my PayPal Business Account NAME, not the EMAIL address in the "business account field". I got same error message until I changed it to my ADMINISTRATOR email address.
  4. Got a little desperate here Bellini, answers are sometimes found where you don't expect to find them. For Newbies, like me, who don't know where to begin looking, one tends to get a little crazy. So lighten up dude. There was no clear way to fix this issue. I spent the better part of a day talking with PayPal Support, changing Primary and Administration emails with no luck. If only the module asked the correct question...
  5. Sorry folks! The answer is here on the Forum... it's just hard to find. An issue of this magnitude should be more prominently displayed. The problem I have been experiencing has been solved. When entering your credentials, in the field "PayPal Business Account:" you should enter your email address.

  8. This is NOT A CREDENTIALS PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!! You need to see it in action for yourself instead of relying on what you believe to be true without checking. YOU and ME BOTH are losing customers over this issue. PayPal USA/Canada/Mexico 1.3.7 Problem I've tried it out with Prestashop 1.5.6.2 - 1.6.0.9, all clean installs. I'm making a second round of clean installs without using only the default theme. I'm at 1.6.0.6 with the PayPal USA/Canada/Mexico 1.3.7 I'm not sure, but I believe that is the same module being bundled with all the Prestashop versions I've been trying. I've been on the phone with PayPal support, 3 different times, for more than a couple hours all together. I opened Firebug web console and captured the screen for you to see. I need to say one thing, there is NO PROBLEM with the seller email and believe me, I've tried all options there.
